How much caffeine is in a STRYVE pouch?
Each pouch contains 100mg caffeine, 50mg L-theanine, and 50mg taurine. See the full ingredient list.
Which flavors are available in the Energy lineup?

Using STRYVE
How do I use one?
Pop one pouch under your upper lip. Remove and discard it after use. Do not swallow the pouch. Follow the current label, and stop using it if it causes discomfort.
How many can I use per day?
Do not exceed 4 pouches per day. That is a product maximum, not a target or a personal safety guarantee. Account for every other source of caffeine.
Does TrueRelease mean slow-release caffeine?
No. TrueRelease describes flavor longevity. It is not a claim about caffeine release or absorption.
